ANN ARBOR, Mich., May 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Pairasight Inc, a Michigan start-up company, gained momentum on its revolutionary prototype POV-camera technology at the 2013 TechCrunch (TC) Disrupt Event. The Pairasight-enabled eyewear device can stream HD video live from the users perspective, and allow that user to share their experiences, in real-time, with the world.

The company continued to build traction this week as a B2B solution, drawing interest from businesses leaders and entrepreneurs (Alpha Partners) across a broad range of industries. Over 20 Alpha Partners are currently signed up, including those specializing in automotive, health care and retail intelligence solutions, with more being added regularly.

Pairasight was asked to participate in the Start-up Alley portion of the event to share this new technology with the attendees of the show. Pairasight demonstrated its eyewear technology live at their booth, streaming point of view (POV) HD video.  Pairasight streams video in real-time, so a person can put the glasses on, press the stream button, and send video directly to The Pairasight team is also developing 3D (stereoscopic) video and augmented reality technology for the eyewear.

TC Disrupt's Startup Alley introduced a range of exciting companies to the marketplace, many who are launching for the first time. Pairasight drew a great response from the crowd, including a high level of interests from investors and Press. Look for video and written press pieces coming soon!

Pairasight is scheduled to release its first batch of glasses and corresponding IOS phone application to its developers and Alpha Partners at the end of May.
