Philip K. Ryan is a seasoned financial executive and board leader with decades of experience across banking, insurance, and asset management. He previously served as Chairman of the Swiss Re Americas and CFO of Credit Suisse, and has served on the boards of several financial institutions and high-growth companies in the energy transition sector.

Since joining Trane in 2011, he played a key role in advancing global decarbonization and electrification efforts, building cross-functional networks of excellence in modeling and simulation, data, and digital development. Camuti also serves as an independent director at Garrett Motion (GTX), as a trustee on the board at Lehigh University and  Charlotte's Discovery Place Science and Technology Center, helping shape the future of sustainable energy and education.
