Pamela Breuckmann Appointed To The Board Of The Partnership's General Partner, Ferrellgas, Inc.

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Sept. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. (NYSE:FGP) today announced that Pamela A. Breuckmann has been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of its general partner, Ferrellgas, Inc. effective September 26, 2013.

Breuckmann is the President of Ferrell Capital of Leawood, Kansas, a professional organization dedicated to managing the financial, business, and personal affairs of Chairman James E. Ferrell and his family. In addition to her role at Ferrell Capital, she is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Samson Capital Management. This investment advisory business specializes in managing Master Limited Partnership securities for investors.

Prior to joining Ferrell Capital, Breuckmann held the positions of Accounting Director and Accounting Manager at Kansas City Life Insurance Company. She started her career at Deloitte & Touche, LLP as an auditor. She graduated from the University of Kansas with Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Accounting. She also holds a Master of Accounting and Information Systems degree from the University of Kansas and is a Certified Public Accountant. She serves on the board of Kansas City-based Women's Employment Network.
