Carsalade is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and French.

Muecke's experience includes tax consulting and compliance, working with closely held entities including partnerships, corporations and trusts with her primary focus on high net worth individuals. She also represents clients before the IRS related to tax controversy matters.

Scimemi advises clients in the energy, manufacturing and professional services sectors on sales and use tax solutions. He also has managed multiple discretionary and statutory credits engagements for large privately owned and publicly-held businesses.
