To be considered for the 100 Best Companies list, applicants submitted a formal nomination and participated in employee satisfaction surveys conducted by an independent third-party research firm. The research firm compiled the anonymous surveys and presented the results to a panel of judges, who then individually selected the final 100 honorees. Winners were announced at Seattle Business Magazine's annual gala event held July 1, 2015 at the Washington State Convention Center.
