Panther Expedited Services Wins Prestigious NorthCoast 99 Award

Then, new hires, top performers, and representatives from Human Resources fill out questionnaires based on their individual experiences.  Finally, the NorthCoast 99 team evaluates each submission, rating the organization in topics such as recruitment, rewards and recognition, wellness, and other metrics inherent in top performing companies.

Developed in 1999 by ERC, a leading Human Resources program in Ohio, the program has evaluated thousands of organizations for their ability to maintain great workplaces that support the attraction, retention, and motivation of top performers.
