PORTLAND, Ore., Oct. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Paragon BioTeck, Inc., a privately held biopharmaceutical and medical device company specializing in the development of ophthalmic pharmaceuticals, devices and therapies, announces that it will be formally launching its corporate citizenship initiative coined, Paragon Gives. On Sunday October 19, 2014, Paragon BioTeck, will kick off its newly branded corporate social responsibility initiative at the annual American Academy of Ophthalmology conference in Chicago, Ill.

Paragon will be donating a portion of proceeds generated from the sales of its recently FDA cleared medical device, Comfortear® Lacrisolve™ Absorbable Punctum Plug.
