Parallel Advisors Names Relura Horton President and Chief Operating Officer Under Aggressive Growth Strategy

In her new position, Ms. Horton will play a vital role in driving the continued success of Parallel's aggressive strategic growth plan, which seeks to expand the firm's assets under management to $10 billion within seven years by recruiting and retaining successful financial advisory practices.

Ms. Horton brings 16 years of experience in the independent financial services sector to Parallel Advisors. Most recently, she served as Regional Managing Director of the West Coast for Fidelity Custody and Clearing Services, where she oversaw Fidelity's Sales and Relationship Management efforts for the West. This role enabled Ms. Horton to work extensively with many of the largest and fastest-growing RIA firms in the country, and helped her develop a detailed understanding of the factors that shape the most successful advisory firms in the industry. Prior to this, Ms. Horton served in various other leadership positions at Fidelity, where she spent a total of 12 years.
