NEW YORK, April 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Pareteum Corporation (NYSE American: TEUM), ("Pareteum" or the "Company"), the rapidly growing Cloud Communications Platform company, announced that it has disclosed in its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2017, which was filed on March 30, 2018 with the Securities and Exchange Commission, that the audited financial statements did not contain a going concern qualification paragraph in the audit opinion from its independent registered public accounting firm.
