NEW YORK, July 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Finding great Happy Hours is a passion for many people, especially in Brooklyn, an increasingly exciting place for both restaurants and bars. Park Slope's Carnem Prime Steakhouse has recently entered the conversation with the announcement that the steakhouse has debuted a Tuesday – Sunday, 5:00PM to 7:00PM Happy Hour, under the direction of acclaimed Mixologist Artemio Vasquez, taking classic cocktails, innovative new drinks and seasonal specials all to the next level.
"Here at Carnem Prime Steakhouse, we're doing our best to present the total package," commented a spokesperson from the restaurant. "And that means not only an amazing food and dining experience, but also world-class mixology. Artemio Vasquez is doing very special things, and we have no doubt that our Happy Hour is set to become one of Brooklyn's most popular."
Vasquez has a remarkable resume, having earned his mixology stripes at many of New York City's most impressive spots, including PDT and Pegu Club. The drink menu at Carnem Prime Steakhouse is equally impressive, with drinks like the Red Finance, a watermelon-spiked reimagining of the classic Margarita, and the Truffle Shuffle, made with truffle oil-infused Pierre Ferrand, drambuie, and cherry heering, being especially popular. During Happy Hour, all signature cocktails are $8 and all draft beers $6.
Carnem Prime Steakhouse is located at 318 5th Ave, Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY 11215 between 4th Ave & 3rd St.
Yelp reviews have been very positive.
Jon S., from Park Slope, recently said in a five star review, "My lord. We've walked by this place numerous times and always pegged it as another steak joint... boy were we wrong. They have a wide array of foods as well as amazing cuts of meat. We were lucky enough to sit at the bar and enjoyed unreal cocktails (the bartender has been around the block). The wine list is fantastic, too (namely the 3 oz pours of uber aged wines). It's nice to see a restaurant finally hone in on both the food and the drinks... not many restaurants in the area are doing that these days."
