Park Sterling Bank Names Anne Bryan Hanson Human Resources Director

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Aug. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Park Sterling Bank (Nasdaq: PSTB) announced today that Anne Bryan Hanson has joined the Bank as Human Resources Director and that its Board of Directors has elected her executive vice president. In this role, Ms. Hanson will lead the implementation of all staffing initiatives, including compensation and benefits, diversity programs, performance management and staff development.

In her most recent position at Wachovia, she led the Talent Management Program for Retail, Corporate, Business Banking and Mortgage. In previous positions, she served as Senior Human Resource Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region (VA, MD, DC) and Human Resource Manager for the Piedmont Triad Region (Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem). 

Ms. Hanson attended Meredith College and completed the Executive Leadership Program at UNC-Chapel Hill.
