WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, N.J., Jan. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Parke Bancorp, Inc. ("Parke Bancorp") (NASDAQ: "PKBK"), the parent company of Parke Bank, today announced its Board of Directors approved a plan to repurchase up to 500,000 shares of the Company's common stock during the next twelve months. The program will expire January 31, 2016, unless completed sooner or otherwise extended. The repurchases may be carried out through open market purchases, block trades, and negotiated private transactions. Open market purchases are intended to be conducted in accordance with the limitations set forth in Rule 10b-18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Repurchases are subject to SEC regulations as well as certain price, market volume and timing constraints specified in the plan.
