(the "Company") (NYSE:PKY) announced today that the Company will hold a Special Meeting of its Stockholders (the "Special Meeting") on Tuesday, December 17, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on the 24th floor of the Bank of America Center, 390 N. Orange Ave, Orlando, Florida 32801. The record date for determination of stockholders entitled to vote at the Special Meeting has been set as the close of business on Monday, November 11, 2013. At the Special Meeting, the Company's stockholders will vote on the previously announced agreement and plan of merger pursuant to which Thomas Properties Group, Inc. will merge with and into the Company in a stock-for-stock transaction, as well as other related proposals.
