Parrish & Co. Rebrands as Precipio Wealth Management and Acquires Certain Assets of Loewinger & Co.

MCLEAN, Va., Feb. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Precipio Wealth Management LLC™, a Delaware limited liability company, has acquired certain of the assets of Loewinger & Co. LLC, and Loewinger Financial Planning from the Estate of the late Stephen J. Loewinger, CPA.

Loewinger & Co. was formerly a fee-only Registered Investment Adviser firm with offices in Leesburg, VA and Bethesda, MD and assets under management of approximately $50 million.

Precipio was recently rebranded from Parrish & Co. Private Wealth Management and relocated its office from Chevy Chase, MD.
