Scott's practice focuses on tax planning for private equity fund managers in connection with their fundraising, structuring, internal organizational matters and operational issues. In addition, he represents U.S. and non-U.S. investors in connection with their investments in venture capital funds, buyout funds, hedge funds and other investment partnerships. Scott had previously been with the Firm for 13 years.
Scott is recognized by leading publications including Chambers USA, The Legal 500 and Best Lawyers in America. He received his A.B. from Brown University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
