Pasternak Wine Imports Appoints David Brown as Chief Sales Officer

HARRISON, N.Y., Sept. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Pasternak Wine Imports today announced the appointment of David Brown to the role of Chief Sales Officer, effective September 9, 2013.

In this role, David will be responsible for leading the Pasternak Sales team and will work closely with the Pasternak customer and distributor network to drive growth of the Pasternak fine wine portfolio across all channels.

David brings to Pasternak over 22 years of consumer package goods and fine wine experience. He has held executive sales roles with Proctor & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Mars Inc. and most recently with Treasury Wine Estates, where he served as Vice President Sales, National Accounts On and Off Premise. In this role, he was responsible for rebuilding  the national accounts team and leading the sales and innovation launches of their global fine wine portfolio, including Beringer, Chateau St Jean, Stags' Leap, Castello di Gabbiano, Lindemans, Matua and Penfolds. He was also responsible for creating the company's Trade Marketing department.
