(Pink Sheets: PASO), a leading provider of information technology solutions for the healthcare and financial industries is pleased to announce that it has launched its latest version of D-PAS, a front-end workflow solution that connects individual physicians with health plans, hospitals, freestanding reference laboratories, and imaging centers as part of its Electronic Medical Record (EMR)/Health Information Exchange(HIE) strategy. D-PAS' smooth transmission process will help physicians strengthen their care coordination with community providers by bridging the information gaps that can exist between inpatient and outpatient care. Patient Access Solutions is collaborating with its clinical integration and health information exchange (HIE) partner, iMedicor, on the initiative.
