Patricia McCausland, Esq. Joins Conshohocken Firm as Partner

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., Jan. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The Law Offices of Margaret A. McCausland, LLC is pleased to announce that Patricia "Trish" McCausland has joined the firm as a Partner. Ms. McCausland brings extensive commercial litigation experience to the boutique Conshohocken-based practice, which is also a member of the 401 East Elm Alliance, a consortium of small law firms that share a common interest in providing high-value services at reasonable rates.   The firm has changed its name to McCausland & McCausland LLC.  

Before joining McCausland & McCausland, Ms. McCausland was an associate in the Philadelphia office of Pepper Hamilton LLP, working in the commercial litigation group.  Prior to that, Ms. McCausland worked for eight years at Dechert LLP as an associate in its commercial litigation practice.  At both firms Ms. McCausland handled a variety of complex commercial cases involving allegations of securities fraud, matters relating to corporate governance, health care reimbursement, insurance coverage, professional malpractice and other business disputes.  

Ms. McCausland is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude), Tulane University (M.A.) and Georgetown University (B.A.).
