(NASDAQ: PATK) (the "Company"), a major manufacturer and distributor of component and building products for the recreational vehicle, marine, manufactured housing and industrial markets, today announced that on November 19, 2020, its Board of Directors (the "Board") approved an increase in the amount of its quarterly cash dividend on its common stock to $0.28 per share from $0.25 per share. The dividend is payable on December 14, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2020.
