Paul Capital Enhances Secondary Investments Team with New Hire and Promotion

NEW YORK and HONG KONG, Jan. 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Paul Capital, a leading global investment firm focused on the private equity secondary market, today announced the recent hiring of Todd Miller as a New York-based Principal on the firm's Secondary Investments team. His responsibilities in this role will include sourcing, analyzing, structuring and closing secondary private equity transactions.

Prior to joining Paul Capital, Mr. Miller was a Partner with AEP Capital, an affiliate of Alpine Capital, where he focused on the origination and execution of buyouts and debt financing solutions, primarily in the media, business and financial services sectors. Previously, he spent eight years at TH Lee Putnam, a middle market buyout and growth equity fund sponsored by Thomas H. Lee Partners. Mr. Miller began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Merrill Lynch where he focused on financial institutions. Mr. Miller received an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin.
