Pavilion Advisory Group Inc. earns special recognition as 2016 Greenwich Quality Leader for large U.S. investment consultants

CHICAGO, April 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ - Pavilion Advisory Group Inc. has been named a 2016 Greenwich Quality Leader^SM among large U.S. investment consultants.  The designation is based on the Greenwich Quality Index (GQI) score, which aggregates clients' evaluations of their firms' investment consultant in the areas of investment counseling, manager selection, client service and commercial arrangement.

This is the second year that Greenwich Associates is publicly recognizing the best in U.S. institutional investment consulting by naming Greenwich Quality Leaders in the industry, and the second consecutive year that Pavilion has been recognized with an award, after being named a Quality Leader in the mid-sized firm category last year.

In a news release issued on March 28, 2017, Greenwich Associates noted that investment consultants that receive the strongest quality ratings from institutional clients in the annual Greenwich Associates research are those that demonstrate the willingness and ability to develop a deep understanding of the institution and its needs. Between July and October 2016, Greenwich Associates conducted interviews with 1,216 senior professionals at 1,052 of the largest tax-exempt funds in the United States, including corporate and union funds, public funds, endowments and foundations, insurance general accounts, and healthcare organizations with either pension or investment pool assets greater than $150 million. Study participants were asked to provide quantitative and qualitative evaluations of their asset management and investment consulting providers, including qualitative assessments of those firms soliciting their business and detailed information on important market trends.  Pavilion is one of three firms recognized in the large investment consultant category. The category ranking is determined by the number of responses received from clients.  The ratings are representative of those clients that chose to participate in the survey.  The results are not indicative of future performance.
