Pavonis Group Forms RealNex, An Integrated Real Estate Technology Solutions Company, Announces Three Major Acquisitions To Seed Platform

HOUSTON, May 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Pavonis Group, a partnership of some of the real estate industry's top technology and professional services leaders, has announced the launch of RealNex, a new software and  solutions company. RealNex is designed to connect and transform the global real estate market by aggregating and integrating a portfolio of services, including robust data and transaction management solutions, all through one common Software as a Service ("SaaS") business model.

RealNex will be led by Jeffrey Finn, a Pavonis Group partner who was formerly the CEO of NAI Global.

As part of this launch, RealNex announced the acquisition of three leading commercial real estate technology organizations, each with its own unique service offering, including:

• Property Line, a property listing system that markets properties, promotes commercial brokerage companies, provides hosted listing systems and offers powerful marketing tools to the commercial broker.
• REI Wise, a leading real estate analysis software company that offers a premier "Propose to Close™" solution that streamlines the process of proposal creation, financial investment and comparative lease analysis to the development of flyers, brochures, electronic publications, property websites and secure deal rooms.
• Real Estate Assistant (REA), a leading project, property and client tracking customer relationship management (CRM) system developed by commercial real estate professionals for commercial real estate professionals.

In addition to these three new offerings, RealNex will also offer PIX – Pavonis Immersion Xperience – an advanced 3D simulation solution and a suite of additional services and leading-edge tools that have strategic relationships with the Pavonis Group. They include: The News Funnel, which provides customized news feeds for real estate professionals and company/association websites; ProHatch, a strategic property crowd funding solution; and Storyvine, which allows users to design and publish professional quality user-generated video into their marketing mix.
