With more than 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, product development, and global operations, Kapur has guided mission-driven organizations across the technology and financial services sectors through periods of sustained growth. He most recently served as the President of Ladder Life, the first fully digital life insurance company, where he led product and engineering, sales and business development, marketing, strategy, and operations.

Previously, Kapur spent nearly nine years at LinkedIn, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's product strategy and go-to-market approach. He first led product strategy for LinkedIn's consumer and monetization ecosystem, before taking on a new leadership role in marketing, overseeing five core functions—performance marketing, pricing, market research, marketing technology, and marketing analytics—driving measurable impact across the company's multi-billion-dollar portfolio.  Earlier in his career, he was part of Google's Business Operations and Strategy team, and spent five years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on advising high-tech organizations on strategy, marketing, and operations.
