PBL Assay Science announces ultra-sensitive assay services to measure biomolecules in human serum or plasma

PISCATAWAY, N.J., Nov. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- PBL Assay Science announces the expansion of its assay services portfolio to include 38 different ultra-sensitive biomolecule assays using the Singulex® Erenna® Immunoassay technology.  Based on an innovative single-molecule counting (SMC) technology, these services are designed to provide sub-picogram per ml sensitivity for analytes in human serum or plasma.  The background reduction methodology of this detection service extends the linear dynamic range to over 4 logs, allowing a wide concentration range of biomarker measurement with minimal dilution in many disease states.
