Kristin McCarthy has been named Head of Product, where she will lead the strategic direction, development, and management of PCS's product portfolio, focusing on the ERISA and Individual Retirement business lines.
Bringing over 25 years of industry expertise, Kristin joins PCS with a proven history of driving innovation and delivering client-centric solutions. Her previous roles at Aspire Financial, Morningstar Investments, and Benetic Inc. reflect her deep knowledge and success in enhancing products and experiences for financial professionals.

The leadership update also includes the transition of Ted Harlan, who after serving PCS in various capacities for 14 years, will assume the role of Head of Business Transformation. Ted will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives that align with PCS's corporate growth strategy.
