PDHI Adds Risky Drinking and Depression to ConXus Steps Action Plan Library
BERNARDSVILLE, N.J., April 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Protocol Driven Healthcare, Inc. (PDHI) has added Risky Drinking and Depression to its online health action plan library, a component of the ConXus Steps product.
The ConXus Steps library now features health action plans for all seven of the topics included in the National Committee for Quality Assurance Health Information Products Standards: Self-Management Tools (NCQA HIP 2). Those organizations contracted to PDHI for health action plans may receive automatic credit for Member Connections Standards for Consumer Health Tools (MEM 2) and for Wellness & Health Promotion Standards for Self-Management Tools (WHP 6), when undergoing an NCQA accreditation survey.
Health action plans are lifestyle-behavior-change programs. Each plan guides participants through an 8-week program to improve their lifestyle behaviors. They can be delivered in self-directed mode or in conjunction with the ConXus Direct coached programs.
Action plans can be configured to support multiple deployment options. Clients determine which action plans are deployed, when they can be completed, and incentive points available. Also clients have the option of allowing participants to enroll either by self-selection or by health coach when using the ConXus Direct health-coaching and documentation module.
Client administrators access a robust set of reports to measure participation rates, incentives earned, and impact on health risks.
