PDHI Integrates Healthwise® Knowledgebase and Care Support Pages Into ConXus Platform for Worksite Wellness Programs

BERNARDSVILLE, N.J. and BOISE, Idaho, Dec. 1, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Protocol Driven Healthcare, Inc. (PDHI) and Healthwise announced today an agreement to integrate the Healthwise® Knowledgebase and Healthwise® Care Support Pages into the ConXus Platform.

The ConXus Platform is used by wellness providers, health plans, brokers, and employers to deliver worksite wellness programs. Participants in these programs can now access more than 7,500 Knowledgebase topics on chronic conditions, wellness, medical tests, procedures, and medicines. Using ConXus Direct, a health-coach documentation system, coaches can now access Healthwise Care Support Pages in English and Spanish. Sharing these pages with participants during or after a coaching encounter helps empower them to self-manage conditions and to improve their health behaviors.

Healthwise Knowledgebase and Care Support Pages are now available as an option to all PDHI clients who license the PDHI ConXus Platform.
