Peach State Health Plan Wins Prestigious Case in Point Platinum Award from Dorland Health
Award Recognizes Teen Education Awareness Moment Outreach Program
ATLANTA, June 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Peach State Health Plan was recently honored with a Dorland Health Case in Point Platinum Award for its innovative Teen Education Awareness Moment (T.E.A.M.) Outreach Program, designed to reduce teen pregnancies and neonatal intensive care (NICU) admissions. The Case in Point Awards recognize successful case management programs nationwide.
Peach State Health Plan also was awarded honorable mentions for its Making Outcomes Memorable (M.O.M.) Program – which aims to increase the number of NICU infants who are breastfed, and its Patient Safety Program – which includes strategies to prevent drug misuse.
