In her previous role with Peak, Humm was responsible for operational direction and leadership for the talent acquisition team, placing many professional coding and clinical documentation improvement candidates and developing new compensation plans to drive performance and hiring targets. Prior to joining Peak in mid-2014, Humm worked as the Recruiting Director for Leidos Health, formerly Vitalize Consulting Solutions.
