The PEMA WeldControl 500 Premium is the most advanced control system of the family. Its basic features (data gathering, an Ethernet connection, and manufacturing from any location) are similar to PEMA WeldControl 100's, but it is also capable of multi-layer and adaptive welding, and is connected to a monitoring camera, a laser seam-tracking device, and auxiliary software that can be operated and regulated directly from its user interface.

Besides the unique welding solutions that Pema has been able to deliver through customization, the company reduces downtime through its offer of a turnkey project management service package and also improves the ergonomics of the working environment.
