BROOKLYN, N.Y., March 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Penn Boot Company launched in 2016 to provide the new class of urban-woodsmen a tough and stylish boot.  The brand is dedicated to provide its customers with top-quality American-made boots at an accessible price point.  The Bradford is Penn Boot Company's first design available for sale direct-to-consumer on and at Wooden Sleepers, a vintage and men's clothing shop located in Red Hook Brooklyn.

Two native Pennsylvanian brothers living in the city founded Penn Boot Company.  They love their ability to traverse in and out of the busy Northeast city streets, through the back wood of Pennsylvania, all the way out to motorcycle rides through the Appalachian Mountains.  They wanted one pair of boots to wear from country to city.

The Bradford is the first boot design produced by Penn Boot Company. Only 144 pairs are available in this original limited run. Details include:

  • Pebbled leather, low shine
  • Doubled stitched cap-toe
  • Full Goodyear Welt Construction
  • Stacked leather and Vibram® Rubber heel
  • Vibram® Rubber lugged sole
  • Includes three sets of waxed cotton laces: brown, green and toast

Penn Boot Company instills a modern business model to traditional cobbling, which provides consumers with high quality boots at a low price.  Skilled Pennsylvanian craftsman construct every pair by hand with a full Goodyear Welt Stitch and leather sourced from North American cattle.  Each model will be produced in a limited quantity, and then sold directly to the consumer to provide the highest value at an affordable price.
