The Pennsylvania Financial Responsibility Assigned Claims Plan (PFRACP) is a state-wide fund protecting residents of the Commonwealth involved in car accidents involving uninsured motorists. The PFRACP's enabling legislation requires state insurance companies to fund the Plan.
