SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- PeopleBrowsr, the high tech social analytics and engagement company, is officially opening its new SF Social Media Command Center, located at 474 Bryant Street. PeopleBrowsr will celebrate the grand opening on Monday with tech industry icon Tim O'Reilly present as guest of honor.

Social Media expert Brian Solis will also lead some of the industry's greatest minds in a panel discussion titled The Evolution of Listening: From Monitoring to the Collective Intelligence. The launch event takes place at the beginning of SF Social Media Week.

The Social Media Command Center (SMCC) will be used to showcase the company's 1,000 day Datamine, Brand Champion reports and Influencer Campaigns.

A collaborative environment built for real-time engagement, PeopleBrowsr's SF SMCC is a crisis management room, social hub, research lab for Influence metrics and measurement, and tactical outpost for strategy execution.

PeopleBrowsr is opening global SMCCs that serve as incubators and it will host developers, designers and marketers building the social media space. PeopleBrowsr has other SMCCs in Sydney and New York.
