OVERSEAS LICENSING AGREEMENTS

Licensing "Battle of the Immortals," "Legend of Martial Arts," "Chi Bi" and "Hot Dance Party" to the Philippines

In September 2010, Perfect World signed an agreement with Cubinet Interactive Philippines Corporation, a subsidiary of Cubinet Interactive (MSC) Sdn Bhd., to license "Battle of the Immortals" to the Philippines.  Cubinet Interactive (MSC) Sdn Bhd and its group companies, or Cubinet Interactive Group, are a famous game operator in Southeast Asia. "Battle of the Immortals" is the Company's first 2.5D mysterious adventure MMORPG. It was launched in Mainland China in 2009 and has since been licensed to dozens of countries and regions.  In November 2010, the two parties cooperated again to license "Legend of Martial Arts," "Chi Bi" and "Hot Dance Party" to the Philippines.  "Legend of Martial Arts" is a 3D cartoon adventure MMORPG based on a popular TV drama series with the same Chinese name. It was launched in Mainland China in 2006. "Chi Bi" is a war epic 3D MMORPG based on the Three Kingdoms, a well-known period in the ancient Chinese history; while "Hot Dance Party" is the Company's first 3D online casual game. Both of them were launched in Mainland China in 2008.

Licensing "Zhu Xian" to Indonesia

In October 2010, Perfect World signed an agreement with PT. Lyto Datarindo Fortuna to license "Zhu Xian" to Indonesia.  Originally released in 2007 in Mainland China, "Zhu Xian" is a 3D MMORPG based on a popular internet novel. To date, "Zhu Xian" remains the favorite title among online games in China, and has enjoyed successful licensing to dozens of countries and regions since its release.

Licensing "Fantasy Zhu Xian" to the Russian Federation and Other Russian Speaking Territories

In October 2010, Perfect World signed an agreement with Drylander Limited, a subsidiary of Digital Worlds JSC, to license "Fantasy Zhu Xian" to the Russian Federation and other Russian speaking territories.  Digital Worlds JSC is a Russia-based game company. "Fantasy Zhu Xian" is the Company's first 2D turn-based MMORPG, first launched in Mainland China in 2009.

OVERSEAS LAUNCH

Launch of French Version and German Version of "Zhu Xian" in Europe

In October 2010, Perfect World launched its French version and German version 3D MMORPG "Zhu Xian" in Europe through its wholly-owned European subsidiary, Perfect World Europe B.V. The game was released as "Jade Dynasty" in Europe and localized by the Company's R&D teams to cater to European gamers.

Perfect Word Wins Three Grand Awards in the "2010 ChinaJoy Golden Plume Awards Annual Best Games Election"

In October 2010, Perfect World was announced as the winner of several awards from ChinaJoy's "2010 Golden Plume Awards Annual Best Games Election." Perfect World's online games "Zhu Xian," "Swordsman Online" and "Forsaken World," won awards for the "Top 10 Most Favorite Online Games among Game Players," the "Top 10 Most Anticipated Online Games by Game Players," and the "Best Self-Developed Online Games," respectively.

Perfect World Wins Award at "China International Digital Content Expo 2010"

In October 2010, "China International Digital Content Expo 2010" was held in Beijing successfully.  This was the 8th China International Digital Content Expo.  Perfect World won the "China Online Culture Achievement Award" during the Expo.
