EXPANSION PACK

"Legend of Martial Arts" Expansion Pack – "The Master Thief"

On August 11, 2011, Perfect World released the expansion pack "The Master Thief" for its 3D cartoon MMORPG "Legend of Martial Arts." This expansion pack introduces new features including new professions, skill-training system and maps, providing players with enhanced and refreshing game content and gameplay.

OVERSEAS LICENSING AGREEMENT

Licensing "Dragon Excalibur" to Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau

In August 2011, Perfect World signed an agreement with Wayi International Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. ("Wayi") to license "Dragon Excalibur" to Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. "Dragon Excalibur" is Perfect World's first 2D real-time MMORPG, set against a backdrop based on ancient Chinese mythology.  The game was first launched in Mainland China in October 2010.

OVERSEAS LAUNCHES THROUGH LICENSEES

Launch of "Forsaken World" in the Philippines

In July 2011, Perfect World launched its 3D MMORPG "Forsaken World" in the Philippines through Cubinet Interactive Philippines Corporation, a company under Cubinet Interactive Group（"Cubinet Interactive"）. "Forsaken World" was first launched in Mainland China in 2010, and has since been successfully licensed to several countries and regions.

Launch of "Zhu Xian" in Indonesia

In July 2011, Perfect World launched its "Zhu Xian" in Indonesia through PT. LYTO Datarindo Fortuna（"LYTO"）. "Zhu Xian" is Perfect World's 3D MMORPG based on a popular Internet novel with the same name.  First launched in Mainland China in 2007, the game has since been successfully licensed to dozens of countries and regions.
