"Battle of the Immortals" Expansion Pack - "Gate of Destiny"

On August 28, 2012, Perfect World released the expansion pack "Gate of Destiny" for its 2.5D mysterious adventure MMORPG "Battle of the Immortals." The expansion pack introduces a brand new "Destiny Card" system, new armors, new maps and a new instance, as well as expanded battle scenes, enhancing the excitement of the game experience.

"Perfect World II" Expansion Pack - "Uprising Dynasties"

On September 6, 2012, Perfect World released the expansion pack "Uprising Dynasties" for its 3D MMORPG "Perfect World II." The expansion pack includes a brand new battlefield map, where certain players from different servers can participate in fierce combat, enriching the battle experience for gamers.

"Zhu Xian" Expansion Pack - "Dawn of Judgment Day"

On September 25, 2012, Perfect World released the expansion pack "Dawn of Judgment Day" for its 3D MMORPG "Zhu Xian." The expansion pack introduces a new profession with new skills and adds new maps, instances and story plots. Certain existing skills are also adjusted and optimized to bring enhanced gaming experience to players.

"Dragon Excalibur" Expansion Pack - "Legend of Yellow Emperor"

On October 11, 2012, Perfect World released the expansion pack "Legend of Yellow Emperor" for its 2D real-time MMORPG "Dragon Excalibur." The expansion pack introduces various new elements including new maps and skills, as well as new deity and demon camps, providing enriched game content to players.

"Fantasy Zhu Xian" Expansion Pack - "Heavenly Scripture"

On October 18, 2012, Perfect World released the expansion pack "Heavenly Scripture" for its 2D turn-based MMORPG "Fantasy Zhu Xian." The expansion pack introduces the new "Heavenly Scripture" skill system, in addition to new maps, pets, tasks and skills, presenting players with more interesting new content to explore.

"Forsaken World" Expansion Pack - "The Wolf"

On October 18, 2012, Perfect World released the expansion pack "The Wolf" for its 3D MMORPG "Forsaken World." The expansion pack presents a more exciting game world through the introduction of new elements including a new profession, new instances and new story plots.

"Perfect World" Expansion Pack - "Call of Heaven"

On October 24, 2012, Perfect World released the expansion pack "Call of Heaven" for its 3D MMORPG "Perfect World." The expansion pack introduces new content including a new map, a new instance and new skill systems, adding more entertaining elements to the existing fun gaming environment.

OVERSEAS OPERATIONS

Release of English and German Versions of "Torchlight 2"

In September and October 2012, Perfect World released the English and German versions of "Torchlight 2," a pay-per-install, action role-playing game. This sequel to "Torchlight" is a popular title developed by Perfect World's majority-owned subsidiary, Runic Games, Inc., a top-tier game development studio based in the U.S.

Launch of "Dark Blood" in Japan

In September 2012, Perfect World launched "Dark Blood," a 2D action MORPG, in Japan through its wholly-owned Japanese subsidiary, C&C Media Co., Ltd. ("C&C Media"). "Dark Blood" is a Korean game with dazzling battling actions. C&C Media has obtained exclusive license to operate this game in Japan.

Launch of "RaiderZ" in North America

In October 2012, Perfect World launched "RaiderZ" in North America through its wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary, Perfect World Entertainment Inc. ("PWE"). "RaiderZ" is a Korean action MMORPG, where players can fully experience fun of battling and hunting a myriad of epic monsters which require strategy, skill and teamwork to defeat. PWE has obtained exclusive license to operate this game in North America.

OVERSEAS LICENSING AGREEMENT

Licensing "Empire of the Immortals" to Indonesia

In September 2012, Perfect World signed an agreement with PT. Buana Online Internasional, a subsidiary of PT. Prodigy Infinitech ("Prodigy"), to license "Empire of the Immortals" to Indonesia. First launched in mainland China in March 2011, "Empire of the Immortals" is the second 2.5D MMORPG following "Battle of the Immortals" in Perfect World's "Immortals" franchise.
