Performance Trust Announces Promotion of Chirag Shah and Eric P. Brown to Drive Strategic Goals

CHICAGO, Oct. 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Performance Trust Capital Partners, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of two of its senior leaders. Chirag Shah has been promoted to President, while Eric P. Brown has been promoted to Senior Managing Director. Along with CEO Rich Berg and Chairman Phil Nussbaum, Shah and Brown will comprise the company's senior-most leadership team.

When Shah joined Performance Trust in 2008, he primarily focused on Structured Products trading. In his 10 years with the firm, he has demonstrated gifted leadership and distinguished himself both through individual contributions and through leading others. In 2017, he was promoted to Senior Managing Director, overseeing the Financial Institutions Group, Trading, and Capital Markets. Prior to joining Performance Trust, Chirag spent time at Banc of America Securities and Kiva.

Brown joined Performance Trust in 2008 as an experienced salesperson who had a successful run at RBC Capital Markets. He took his ability as a leading producer and developed the Institutional Group, while helping to lead the Financial Institutions Group. Brown also oversees the Capital Markets group responsible for sourcing new securitized products that the firm is bringing to market. The benefits that this service provides to clients allow the firm to make a greater impact on the financial industry.
