Mary Ballin, Beth Bosworth, Eric Jardine, Doug Wheat Latest Advisors to Complete Path to Partnership Program at Advisor-Owned Firm

SAN FRANCISCO, April 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Perigon Wealth Management, LLC ("Perigon"), a rapidly growing independent wealth management firm with offices across the country and approximately $8.7 billion in client assets as of Dec. 31, 2024¹, announced four advisors have completed the firm's Path to Partnership Program designed to reinforce the firm's advisor-led, advisor-owned philosophy and structure.

This program was developed to allow advisors an avenue to earn a partnership stake in the firm. The Path to Partnership is a multi-week program to grant certain 1099 advisors the opportunity to have an ownership stake in the firm.

Perigon's newest partners are:

• Mary Ballin, a Wealth Advisor who opened Perigon's East Bay office, has over 20 years of industry experience and holds both a CFP® designation and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® designation. She leads a team of women who help other women going through major life transitions including divorce or the death of a spouse. Ballin joined Perigon in 2020.
  
  
• Beth Bosworth, a Wealth Advisor who also oversees Perigon's financial planning endeavors. She is part of the Atlanta office, a CFP^® and has more than 15 years of wealth management experience. Bosworth joined Perigon in 2021.
  
  
• Eric Jardine, a Wealth Advisor / Operations in Perigon's Bay Area office who brings more than 20 years of investment and technology experience to his role. Jardine manages portfolios and has implemented reporting, planning and CRM systems to inform advisors of strategic decisions to support their growth.
  
  
• Doug Wheat, a Wealth Advisor in Perigon's Massachusetts office who joined the firm in 2024. Wheat has more than 15 years of wealth management experience including experience with impact investing.
