For more than 38 years Lester has worked in the signage industry, heading the fabrication and design operations for a variety of companies. Lester joins Permlight for Signs from Blair, a sign manufacturer, permitting and installation company, where he was responsible for technical services. Prior to Blair, Lester was instrumental in developing LED illuminated signage at ImagePoint. Employed at ImagePoint for over 17 years, Lester experienced the business from the ground up, performing a diverse set of job functions including designer, production supervisor, product manager, and strategic buyer.  Some of his major accomplishments at ImagePoint involve the conversion of signage programs for large, multi-national brands from traditional lighting sources to LED lighting. Lester recognized early on the advantages of solid state lighting and has consistently been a champion of LED technology throughout his career.
