Pervasip Announces Successful Marketing Initiatives for Its Video Phones

(OTCQB:PVSP) is pleased to announce the early success of its marketing initiatives to sell video phones that utilize its Voice-over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone network.  As part of the video phone initiative, Pervasip has enlisted several experienced telecom agents and the services of the person-to-person marketing firm, Globalpreneurs.  

Summary of Recent Accomplishments:

• Globalpreneurs has created new marketing tools for its membership, and projects that it will sell 50,000 video phones this year
• Pervasip has signed five contracts with video-telephone agents in the past 30 days
• Pervasip's wholesale accounts and agents can now stream media files to a video phone
• Real-time video calls accomplished without the one-second delay that occurs on other networks  
• Video voice-mail is available for all video phones that run on Pervasip's network

Each video phone sold generates recurring revenue of $29.95 per month to Pervasip for unlimited voice and video service.  The company is experiencing strong margins and recurring monthly revenue on the sale of video and voice telephone service.

The marketing firm, Globalpreneurs, was signed in March and it has publicly stated that it projects to deliver 1,000 video phone customers to Pervasip by May 31, 2011, and 50,000 by December 31, 2011.
