LM secures Singapore registration and pursues global growth; Singapore accredited investors granted ready access to Australia's well performing property markets

SURFERS PARADISE, Australia, Sept. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Australian fund manager, LM Investment Management Ltd (LM) has further expanded its global distribution, securing registration with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to allow Singapore accredited investors access to the strength and resilience of Australia's property markets.

Via the LM Australian Income Fund, Singapore accredited investors can now access a rolling 7 day investment that holds only Australian debt securities and cash, and invests in prime opportunities across the well performing property markets of Australia.

It is the first of many international jurisdiction registrations underway for the LM Funds, spearheading overwhelming global demand for established Australian investment opportunities across a range of asset classes.

LM founder and Chief Executive Officer, Peter Drake says its Singapore registration is a significant step forward in the strategic international growth of LM Investment Management.
