PetroKamchatka Plc Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

ST. HELIER, Jersey, June 6, 2012 /CNW/ - PetroKamchatka Plc (TSXV: PKP), ("PetroKamchatka" or the "Corporation"), an international junior oil exploration company incorporated in the Bailiwick of Jersey, announced today the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), Allan Stevens, effective May 30, 2012. Mr. Richard (Rick) Jaggard, currently serving as a consultant to the Corporation, will serve as interim CFO.  Mr. Jaggard has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in Canada and internationally, including 13 years of experience as a CFO for publicly traded companies.

The Board of Directors and Management would like to thank Mr. Stevens for his contributions to the Corporation and wish him success in his future endeavours.
