LONDON, May 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --

PharmaAfrica is proud to announce that despite the challenge of having to push back the recently completed Africa Pharmaceutical Summit in Accra, Ghana from September 2014 to February 2015, in light of the crisis that affected parts of the West African sub-region, it has been of one its best Summits so far. The partnership of the PharmaAfrica team and all our partners made the 2nd APS a truly useful event for guests.

PharmaAfrica is continuing to build on these successes and has just announced the launch of the PharmaAfrica Market Access Conference to be held 24 - 25 September 2015 in London, United Kingdom.

PharmaAfrica Market Access Conference is a must attend event that provides a platform for stakeholders committed to exploring the challenges, and opportunities in the market and patient access landscape in Africa to convene, share views and network with peers. The theme, 'Developing and optimizing market and patient access opportunities', will observe the challenges as well as the innovative strategies required to face them.

In expanding our capabilities, PharmaAfrica and Future Publishing Solutions (FPS) are pleased to partner to drive improvements in our respective operations, and enhance value for our partners.

Our strengths and combined resources will enhance the delivery of PharmaAfrica's events, further ensuring they remain the go-to series of events for organizations looking to connect with Africa's growing pharmaceutical sector.

In making the announcement, PharmaAfrica Founder & CEO, Miles Mudzviti stated: "FPS brings passion and possesses a client‐focused operating philosophy that proves to be highly compatible with PharmaAfrica's. FPS's strengths are an excellent fit with our strategic plan and we see only positive opportunities for our partners."

PharmaAfrica will retain its brand.

"Not only does PharmaAfrica offer the opportunity for our two companies to deliver further events in this sector, but it also offers a chance to extend the communications and news channels for the African Pharmaceutical sector," said Colman.
