DURHAM, N.C., May 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Kmart® pharmacies announced that it is implementing Pharmacy Quality Solutions' EQuIPP^™ information-management platform to aid its network of pharmacies to track quality performance metrics and to enhance patient-centered care and clinical outcomes.

Pharmacists can also identify patients with quality-related care gaps to support efforts to optimize the quality of services for their patients.
