(the "Company") ( Nasdaq: PCYC) today announced that it will report financial results and recent developments for its three months ended March 31, 2013 after the NASDAQ Market closes on Wednesday, May 1, 2013. The Company will conduct a conference call and audio webcast at 4:30 p.m ET on the same day. As previously announced, the Company changed its fiscal year end from June 30 to December 31, effective December 31, 2012. As a result, the three months ended March 31, 2013 represents the Company's fiscal 2013 first quarter.
