Philz Coffee Celebrates the Magic of the Holidays with Two New Seasonal Drinks

Peppermint Bark and Dulce de Leche Join Returning Holiday Favorites, Seasonal Treats, and Giftable Merch

OAKLAND, Calif., Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Philz Coffee is celebrating the magic of the holidays, one cup at a time, with two new seasonal drinks and the return of the Gratitude Blend. Keeping with Philz's holiday tradition of over a decade, a portion of proceeds from Gratitude Blend drinks will be donated to Food 4 Farmers, a nonprofit partnership supporting food security for coffee-farming communities in Latin America.

New coffee drinks include Peppermint Bark and Dulce de Leche, along with returning favorites Winter Bliss, Gratitude, and Gratitude Spiced Cold Brew. Philz is also debuting a new Focaccia Club hot sandwich, along with seasonal bakery items and giftable merch. Starting October 27, the seasonal menu will be available for a limited time while supplies last.

• Peppermint Bark is a festive new addition to Philz's seasonal lineup, blending peppermint and white chocolate, topped with crushed peppermint candies. Philz has never been shy about mint in coffee, but this marks the first time a peppermint drink has joined a seasonal lineup.
  
  
• Dulce de Leche brings caramelized sweetness to cold brew with creamy dulce de leche sauce, warming spices, and a cinnamon streusel topping. Dulce de Leche hits that holiday indulgence sweet spot that's familiar and craveable.
  
  
• Winter Bliss is the seasonal best-seller, returning for a sixth year, with creamy Ghirardelli® mocha, Philz's Spiced Gratitude Cold Brew blend, and holiday spices.
  
  
• Gratitude, the medium-roast seasonal blend, is back with its signature notes of toasted walnut, caramel, and dried citrus.
  
  
• Gratitude Spiced Cold Brew also returns, steeped overnight with warming holiday spices, including nutmeg and cinnamon.

Focaccia Club is a new hot sandwich made with turkey, ham, bacon, Swiss cheese, and sun-dried tomato pesto on an artisan focaccia roll. This flavorful twist on a classic club packs 13 grams of protein per sandwich and will be available at all Philz stores. New seasonal pastries, along with other bakery items, are always baked fresh and delivered daily by local bakery partners.
