("PHOENIX"), a highly-respected provider within the physical rehabilitation industry, announced the recent appointment of James M. Bargerstock, MBA as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bargerstock will be responsible for the Company's Financial Reporting, Treasury, Audit and Accounting functions, previously performed by the Company's Chief Administrative Officer, Kimberly Anderson, PT. This senior-level addition will allow Ms. Anderson the ability to narrow her focus to the Human Resources and Billing and Collections responsibilities. A graduate of Robert Morris University, Bargerstock holds an MBA in Corporate Finance as well as his Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Accounting. Prior to joining PHOENIX, he most recently served as Vice President of Accounting and Administration/Chief Financial Officer for SinterMet, LLC where he was responsible for GAAP and IFRS compliance, financial reporting, and the development of accounting policies.
