Phoenix TV Reaches a Strategic Cooperation with iTV.cn

NEW YORK, March 12, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- The global internet TV service provider, iTV.cn, has just signed a cooperative agreement with Phoenix North America Chinese Channel, from which the two parties will jointly serve the Chinese people all over the world with their complementary advantages in content and platform.
