• Business leaders with international experience are a must, irrespective of their physical location -the barrier to truly global organizations and global HR functions is finding people who have an international mindset and global experiences; and
• Organizations must cultivate and promote an employer brand that resonates globally; one that is authenticated throughout the entire employee experience.
