Piracle Integrates Create-A-Check With NetSuite's SuiteCloud Platform

Create-A-Check lets businesses write accounts payable checks using blank paper stock, cutting down on the costs and risks of storing pre-printed checks. Built using NetSuite's SuiteCloud development platform, the combined solution can help NetSuite customers reduce check writing costs by as much as 60 percent, while cutting the risk of fraud associated with stolen or counterfeit checks.

Piracle's Create-A-Check manages the check writing process from printing to delivery to the bank. Checks are printed on plain paper stock, so company codes are entered only as each check is printed. Create-A-Check can also transmit the checking information through the Automated Clearing House (ACH), the national electronic payment network.  For added security, a Create-A-Check positive pay module can send a record of all check details that is customized for the bank's specific positive pay application. This helps the bank confirm the check-processing information to guard against electronic theft.

Working with NetSuite

The NetSuite integration lets a NetSuite customer open a Create-A-Check portlet in the dashboard. The application searches for accounts payable information, then delivers the results in a format that is ready for processing. Once authorized, the user hits Print, and the Create-A-Check application does the rest. The integration can save NetSuite customers 60 percent or more of the cost for pre-printed checks, and it helps companies reduce the risks of a thief stealing checks from stock or using the company's routing and bank-transit numbers to print counterfeit checks.
